    Just some feedback. The team : Richard and Chez came through, have just left. Kindly note I was talking to them about during loadshedding the battery last 30minutes, they kindly looked at that for me and all 4 needed replacing.

I would like to thank you for the excellent service provided by your firm.  Eugene called promptly and Richard and his partner did a great job this morning after arriving timelessly.  I also appreciated Richard's proactiveness in testing the back-up batteries which needed replacing.  Not many suppliers of domestic services arrive with a credit card machine, but it's actually a very good idea where you are not familiar with the customer.  It's great to come across a supplier that you can rely on
